The Curve Theatre
The Curve Theatre with its stunning glass facade was unveiled in November 2008 and it is set to become a world class venue, providing a rich variety of arts and entertainment. Leicester City Council invested in this amazing building as part of regeneration for Leicester and Arts Council England.
This building is stunning and is unlike any other theatre. It was designed by the award winning architect Rafael Vinoly. Curve makes a powerful, dramatic statement to the city. It is incredibly curvy, inside and out. The metal horizontal slats of metal running the length of its glass shell are neatly ordered.
Curve features two auditoria, one to seat 750 visitors while the other provides a smaller space with 350 seats.
